Climate scientist and 2012 Nobel Prize Winner along with IPCC colleagues, Penn State Professor Michael Mann offers his latest book for the holidays and the next four years, "The Madhouse Effect: How Climate Change Denial is Threatening Our Planet, Destroying Our Politics and Driving Us Crazy. This book is illustrated by Washington Post political cartoonist Tom Toles. Jennifer Chacón, UCI professor of law offers definitive analysis of the status of immigration policy heading into the Trump administration. Undocumented UC students, or an undocumented family member of the UC system (parent or spouse), qualify for assistance from the University of California Undocumented Students Legal Services Center. They can contact UCUSLSC at law.ucdavis.edu/uc-undocumented. Students may qualify for assistance with their DACA renewal applications or screening for other potential remedies, but they need to contact UCUSLSC for more information.
