Saule Alymbekova at the Institute for Social Development (Biskek, Kyrgyzstan; alymbekova@gmail.com), Vladimir Bartenev Director of the Center for Security and Development Studies at Moscow State University (Moscow, Russia; vladimirbartenev@yaho.com), Rosio Carranza (San Jose, Costa Rica; rocicarranza@gmail.com), Solange Teles da Silva law professor at MacKenzie University and the University of the Amazons, (Sao Palo, Brazil; solange.teles@pq.cnpq.br), and Sara Wolcott consultant and researcher on Climate Change and Global Transitions to Sustainability (Berkeley, CA working in the UK, sara.j.wolcott@gmail.com) speak of how they institutionalize policy making and activism with the help of their expanding networks.
